How to access your student loan servicer account

Your student loan servicer is the entity that manages your loans. 


You'll need to access your student loan servicer account (or know your login credentials for your loan servicer account) in order to connect and verify your loans with Candidly. 


To access your student loan servicer account, visit the servicer's website and login. If you have private student loans, your servicer is likely the lender through which you borrowed the loans. If you have federal student loans, you are assigned to one or more of the following lenders:

If you have federal student loans and you don't know who your servicer is, sign in to your studentaid.gov account > navigate to your dashboard > scroll to the "My Student Loan Servicers" section. Alternatively, you may also call the Federal Student Aid Information Center (FSAIC) at 1-800-433-3243.
