How to change your primary loan account selection

If you have multiple student loan servicer accounts, you can connect all of these accounts to Candidly. However, payments from Candidly (including employer repayment contributions (if applicable) and payments from Round Up, Giveback, and Auto-Crush) will only be sent to the designated primary loan account. You can change your primary loan account selection at any time.

Note: only loan accounts that have been verified can be designated as the primary loan account.

To change your primary loan account selection:

1. Sign into your Candidly account
2. Open the left-hand menu > select Roll Up
3. Select the '...' in the corner of any of the tiles displaying your loan account information
4. Select 'Change primary loan account' from the drop-down menu
5. Follow the prompts to change your primary loan account and confirm your selection
