How to activate your Candidly account

You'll receive an email from help@getcandidly.com inviting you to activate your Candidly account. This email contains a special link you'll use to activate your account. Once you receive this email, follow the link to complete the account activation process.

Note that activating your account will only grant access to the Candidly platform. In order to fully leverage Candidly and claim your repayment benefit (if offered by your employer), you must connect and verify your student loans after activating your Candidly account.
