About Reassess

Reassess makes it easy to compare and enroll in different federal repayment plans, including income-driven repayment plans, which could lower your monthly student loan payment and get on track to have your debt forgiven after 20-25 years of repayment. 

How to use Reassess

1. Sign into your Candidly account.
2. Open the left-hand menu > select Reassess.
3. Provide all required personal information.
4. Provide loan information, either by syncing your loans automatically or uploading your MyStudentData file.
5. Click 'View plans'

At this point, Reassess will use your loan and personal information to generate a list of federal repayment plans for which you qualify. Review each plan and, if desired, follow the prompts to submit an enrollment application for a specific plan.
